BunchNET

ProviderNET

To log in and search the directory for a provider, enter the account-specific information provided by Bunch. Each Bunch client has a unique user ID and password that will display the network configuration specifically designed for the client. (The user names and passwords are auto-converted to all uppercase regardless of how they are entered.)

As part of a customized workers' compensation program, Bunch has created unique partnerships with medical provider and specialty networks covering all geographic areas in which an account's employees are located. To help optimize utilization of these providers and minimize the time and expense of provider network maintenance, Bunch has designed a web-based application that allows the end-user to electronically search for providers. Called ProviderNet, this application was developed using Microsoft .NET.

MedNet

You can access bills from the Internet using any existing connection. Enter the address https://secure.bunchcare.com in the browser bar at the top of the page, and click Go. The welcome page is displayed, with a login area on the left bar. The username and password are not case-sensitive and are automatically converted to all capital letters. To log in and work with bills in the system, enter the information below:

1. Type your unique user ID: demo@bunchcare.com (your email address)
2. Type your password
3. Type the code that appears in the security box (different upon each login)

The most common method for external users to access program data is through Bunch's web-based applications. Using MedNet, clients and partners can access bills by various options to either view descriptive information about the bill (provider, service dates, charges, etc.) or view an actual image of the bill and all corresponding medical records, handwritten doctor's notes, etc. If applicable, designated nurse notes are also available for viewing, and remote users can generate reports using the customized web-based reporting utility. Team leaders and risk managers have access to additional information, with expanded options.

Bunch's scanning process assigns each bill a unique ID that is used to track the bill throughout the various stages of the review process. Shortly after scanning, the bill image is linked to a specific claim and is available to users (including clients and partners) for tracking purposes. While the bill image and basic bill data are available throughout the process, additional discrete bill elements are added to the image record at various stages of the process. The image contains a copy of the EOR that is issued for each bill. From scanning to check printing, Bunch's system tracks the date and time that each individual user performs any action on a particular bill. Likewise, Bunch's paperless system can identify the exact "location" of any bill, regardless of where the bill is in the process.

PartnerNet

As part of a customized workers' compensation program, Bunch has created unique partnerships with clients, TPAs, medical provider and specialty networks, and a variety of business partners. To help facilitate access to centralized program data (protocols, contacts, reports, etc.), Bunch has designed a web-based application, PartnerNet, which allows authorized users immediate, remote access to centralized program documentation.
